SJU Airport Arrivals to Ponce

Landing at SJU and continuing to Ponce? Reserve a private taxi from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport to your Ponce hotel, Airbnb, residence or other confirmed destination. SJU is the airport code used on your flight booking, so include it with your arrival details when arranging the transfer.

Before Your Flight

Send your airline, flight number, arrival date, scheduled landing time and a contact number. Include your Ponce destination address, passenger count and luggage details. Confirm the fare, availability and pickup instructions before you travel.

After Landing at SJU

Allow time to leave the aircraft and collect checked bags. Complete any required arrival formalities before heading to the meeting point. Contact your driver or reservation contact when your party is ready, and follow the specific airport pickup instructions provided for your booking.

Confirm the Meeting Point

The meeting point should be agreed directly with your driver. Do not assume every terminal exit or curb is a pickup location. Share your terminal or exit information when requested and stay reachable if airport access or your arrival plans change.

Private Group Transfers

Travel with your own party in transportation arranged for your passenger and luggage count. Groups of up to 14 passengers can request private service, subject to vehicle availability. Tell us about oversized bags before confirming the booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is SJU the same as San Juan Airport?

Yes. SJU is the airport code for Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, commonly called San Juan Airport. This page covers travel from that airport to Ponce.

Should I use landing time as my pickup time?

Provide the scheduled arrival time and flight number, then confirm the pickup arrangement. You still need time to get off the plane, collect luggage and reach the agreed meeting point.

What if my flight changes?

Contact your reservation contact as soon as you know about a delay, cancellation or flight-number change. Confirm the revised arrangement rather than assuming a new time is automatically accepted.

Can we go directly to a Ponce Airbnb?

Yes. Provide the complete address and any access directions in advance. Confirm the destination and any special requirements when booking.
