Give your Old San Juan address before arrival
This ride starts at Ponce Airport, also called Mercedita Airport, and ends in Old San Juan. Send the full street address and property name instead of only ‘San Juan’ so the destination and unloading point are clear.
Old San Juan’s streets and access arrangements can affect where a vehicle can stop. Confirm a practical drop-off location with your accommodation and mention any assistance or large luggage needs when requesting the ride. If you are heading to a cruise, specify the ship and exact pier rather than assuming every cruise departs from Old San Juan.
Share your PSE arrival date and flight number, group size and bags. Agree on the airport meeting point and contact us if the arrival schedule changes. A quote and pickup arrangement should be confirmed before travel.
